This policy outlines how refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled for each part of our business.

1. Coaching Services

  • All coaching sessions, digital programs, and consultations are non-refundable once delivered.

  • If you wish to cancel before your first session begins, you may do so within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at:

  • Returns: Unopened and unused supplements may not be returned

  • Exclusions:

    • Opened or used products

    • Expired items

    • Personalized or custom orders

  • Lab Testing: Due to the nature of diagnostic services, all sales are final once testing kits are shipped.

3. EllieMD – Peptide Therapies

  • Due to preparation and temperature-sensitive shipping, all peptide therapy orders are final once shipped.

  • Cancellations may be accepted if requested within 24 hours of purchase and before inquiring.

4. Annular Pharmacy – Oral Peptide Supplements

  • Returns are not accepted for unopened, sealed items.

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

5. Refund Processing

  • Eligible refunds will be issued  of expired goods or approved cancellations.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
